AWA Events

On enrolment each child is placed in one of our Awa Groups - Manawatu, Rangitikei, Tukituki and Ngaruroro. School wide events are held 2-3 times a term.  The purpose of these is for students to work together either as a year group, class or awa group.

It encourages our tamariki to practise our expectations of Mana Tangata, Ringa Ueke, Ihu Nui and Whakauka while wearing our CAP.​

A team of teachers plan each event and we love having our whanau come along to support and help out.  So keep an eye out for our Facebook events and we will see which AWA wins this year.
